We handle financial information that is directly linked to how corporate value will be appraised. We recognize the weight of social responsibility that is closely connected to capital markets through the preparation of disclosure documents from that data.
As part of our awareness of our responsibility, in April of 2008 we expanded the scope of ISO27001 certification. Previously, our ISMS (ISMS: Information Security Management System) in our Information System Division had obtained ISO27001 certification, but in April 2008 we expanded this rating to cover our entire Company. In May of the same year we re-acquired ISO9001 certification for our QMS (Quality Management System) for our entire Company. In October 2010 we obtained the JIS Q 15001-compliant Privacy Mark to further enhance our information security including our handling of personal information.
In May 2006 we obtained ISO14001 certification for the EMS (Environment Management System) used in our production departments.
We are continuously practicing CSR-based management that is firmly grounded in our social mission. This means carrying out our work based on each of our management systems and bearing our responsibility to our clients through our business. It includes achieving a high level of compliance and information security; seeking high-quality error-free products and operating a business that places very little burden on the natural environment.
We are involved in the operation and improvement of information security management systems, and have acquired the international standard ISO/IEC27001 for our entire Company.
We have acquired company-wide international standard ISO9001 certification for all our quality management systems that seek to continuously enhance levels of client satisfaction with our products and services.
We have acquired international standard ISO14001 certification for the management system at our Toda Plant following our recognition that society is placing greater emphasis on environmental protection in this day and age.
We are well aware that the protection of personal information is a fundamental aspect of our business, and that we bear a heavy social responsibility in this regard. To ensure that we handle personal information in an appropriate manner, we have set up a personal information protection and management system and have acquired JIS Q 15001 certification for our entire Company.
The FSC® logo mark indicates that the wood used to make the products has been produced in a responsibly managed forest that complies with FSC® rules and has been certified by a FSC accredited 3rd party. PRONEXUS uses paper that has received FSC® or COC certification.
