PRONEXUS has established a Health Management Declaration to preserve and enhance the health of all its employees.
The strength of each and every person is more important than anything else to continue growing and achieving a steady advance into the future. That is why we will promote health management, for the purpose of making greater efforts than before to enhance the mental and physical health of everyone who works at PRONEXUS.

PRONEXUS believes that giving consideration to the physical and mental health of employees is an important responsibility of the Company. Moreover, we aim for all employees to be professionals, and to perform at one’s full potential, it is important to be healthy in mind and body.
Accordingly, we have established this Health Management Declaration to further promote health management.

Main Initiatives
With the President and Representative Director as the person responsible for health management, we will implement the following important measures to preserve and enhance health through the united efforts of the Company, employees, industrial physicians, and the health insurance association.
- 1.Promote specific health guidance
- To grasp each person's health issues and encourage improvement, we will aim to increase the rate of people who receive guidance and who receive a thorough examination if they are told that they need further testing after a routine checkup.
- 2.Provide education for health improvement
- We will provide e-learning and training with the aim of boosting health literacy.
- 3.Restrict long working hours and encourage the taking of paid vacation time
- We will accurately monitor how long employees work and restrict long working hours, and we will encourage the taking of paid vacation time with the aim of ensuring balanced work.
