Framework of our CSR activities

The framework to our CSR activities has a backbone that consists of our Management Philosophy, the PRONEXUS Code of Conduct to help us achieve that philosophy, and our Social & Environmental Code of Conduct.
The PRONEXUS Code of Conduct clarifies the 4 PROs that we should pursue to help us focus on our relationships with our clients and achieve customer satisfaction. Our Social & Environmental Code of Conduct takes into account the wide range of our stakeholders and clarifies what we should do to fulfill our social responsibility. The framework for our CSR activities is derived from these two codes of conduct.
