We have established an environmental philosophy and environmental policy, and based on these, the PRONEXUS Group is continually pushing ahead with conservation activities.
Environmental Philosophy
As a specialist company that comprehensively supports corporate disclosure and IR, PRONEXUS will continue its environmentally friendly business activities and contribute to society.
Environmental Principles
- 1. Based on our environmental principles, we will set environmental objectives and targets, review them regularly, and continually improve them.
- 2. We will grasp the environmental aspects of our business activities and work to use energy and other resources efficiently and to prevent pollution. We place special importance on the following items.
- 1. Effective use of resources (waste reduction, reuse, recycling)
- 2. Effective use of energy and materials (CO2 reduction)
- 3. Reduction of our environmental burden through elimination of waste
- 4. Protection of forest resources through work on PRONEXUS Forest
- 3. We will construct and develop a framework for environmentally friendly manufacturing.
- 4. We will make our environmental principles known to all employees and the employees of our suppliers, and have them actively participate in environmental conservation activities.
- 5. We will publicize our environmental principles on the PRONEXUS website.

Organization
PRONEXUS maintains its Environmental Management System certification.
The Toda Factory (Manufacturing Headquarters) holds an meeting of Environment Committee, which comprises persons responsible for environment management as members. The committee seeks to resolve problems that arise in manufacturing processes, including information sharing on the use and storage of chemical substances to reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and so on.
At our Head Office (Sales and Administration Headquarters), we implement thorough energy conservation measures and monitor the air in work areas. The Internal Audit Office implements an internal audit monitor to check the progress in each division, and the results are used as feedback and reported to the Company’s management.
