The PRONEXUS WORKS system is a support system for the practical side of disclosure that we have independently developed to balance improvements in operational efficiency with enhancements in accuracy, since the launch in 2001 of the system for electronic disclosure of statutory disclosure documents in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and Companies Act. By adding such services as WORKS-i, which consistently generates disclosure data from accounting data, and WORKS-Core, which enables the comprehensive utilization of Excel data used for financial results, considered a concentration of each organization’s know-how, we will provide further support for the performance of duties by disclosure operations staff.
