Flat-rate service
The IFRS Practice Study Group is a useful flat-rate service that extends from the investigation stage of IFRS adoption to ongoing disclosure after it has been adopted.
Annual fee: ¥110,000 (including tax)
- Membership requires registering (for free) at the PRONEXUS SUPPORT site for disclosure and IR practices.
- For customers who are already members of the Disclosure Practice Study Group or who become members of both at the same time, the fee is ¥55,000 (including tax).
- Membership is by corporate entity, and is restricted to companies who place ongoing orders with us for documents prepared on a periodic basis, including securities reports and convocation notices, or companies preparing for an IPO that have placed an order for documents required for listing.
