For the fiscal year ended March 2021, we recorded revenue of approximately 25.0 billion yen, operating profit of approximately 2.1 billion yen and profit attributable to owners of parent of approximately 1.7 billion yen.

The Company forecasts an annual dividend of 32 yen, comprising the second quarter-end and year-end dividends of 16 yen each.

The Company has revised the dividend payout ratio from the previous standard of 40% or higher and increased it to 50% or higher.
