The development of an insider information management structure represents an important and ongoing challenge for a company that handles important, unreleased information from its clients. PRONEXUS has positioned the development of such an insider information management structure as an information security issue of the utmost priority. We are working to build an ironclad information security structure by reinforcing this information management structure on a company-wide basis linked to QMS in accordance with our security policy.
ISO 27001 Company-Wide Certification
In April 2008, PRONEXUS acquired company-wide ISO 27001 certification in order to enhance and further strengthen its information security as well as insider information management structures. Additionally, in April 2009 the Company received certification for its integrated management system incorporating the ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. With these certifications, PRONEXUS is firmly committed to efficiently operating its management systems going forward.

PRONEXUS actively safeguards client information including insider information that has yet to be disclosed, and is working to enhance its systems and structures in order to handle such information securely, assuredly and accurately. To this end, we have built a communications infrastructure, hardware, software as well as a management structure that commands the latest in IT technologies. Our infrastructure was built and is operated in house to ensure complete security in the sending and receiving, processing and storage of client information.
