The PRONEXUS Group, as a specialist firm providing information processing services relating to corporate disclosure and investor relations activities, comprehensively supports the pertinent disclosure of information from its clients to investors. Through these activities, our desire is to promote appropriate corporate valuations and investment actions by investors that in turn support the growth strategy and capital-raising needs of our client companies. As a result, we also contribute to the sound development of the capital markets, and by extension the development of the economy and society. This represents our mission to society. The following represent actions that will help us attain this mission.

    Pursue advanced expertise and competencies
    • We will pursue advanced expertise and competencies that support the corporate disclosure and investor relations activities of our clients.
    • We will pursue proprietary disclosure IT service solutions that aim to enhance information security as well as the business process efficiency of our clients.
    • We will pursue highly advanced creativity and quality/delivery management in all processes that are only possible with a specialist firm.

    Pursue pertinence and accuracy
    • We will pursue the pertinence and accuracy essential to information disclosure avoiding errors and complying with laws and standards.

Social & Environmental Code of Conduct

The PRONEXUS Group will practice the following five actions in aspiring to be a corporate citizen that is recognized, well regarded and respected by society.

  1. Ensure Legal Compliance and Preserve Confidentiality
    • We will position legal compliance and the preservation of confidentiality as our core operating foundation and seek to achieve transparency and thoroughness in both.
  2. Be Fair and Open
    • We will stress fairness, an honest stance, communication and appropriate information disclosure as well as take a resolute stance against anti-social forces.
  3. Respect Human Rights and Human Resources
    • We will strive to develop a sound and secure workplace environment, promote the capacity building of our employees and respect human rights as well as employee diversity.
  4. Practice Consideration for the Environment and Contribute to Society
    • We will actively contribute to culture, society and disaster recovery efforts and take proper environmental conservation measures such as recycling and reducing our use of natural resources.
  5. Spread Awareness of This Code of Conduct and Practice Problem Resolution
    • We will strive to spread awareness of this code of conduct. If a problem or violation arises, the president of the Company will seek to resolve the situation as well as take strict punitive action and maintain proper accountability.
