PRONEXUS has promoted best practices in CSR management since its inception in recognizing the importance of its social responsibility based upon its close relationship with the capital markets through the creation of disclosure documents and handling of financial information directly connected to the evaluation of corporate value.
As part of our CSR management, we expanded our ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System: ISMS) certification acquired by our information systems departments to cover the entire company, acquired company-wide ISO 9001 certification (Quality Management System: QMS) and also expanded our original ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System: EMS) certification originally limited to our manufacturing departments to cover the entire company. As a result of continuing with company-wide activities aspiring to build an integrated system incorporating these three standards, on April 20, 2009 we were able to acquire certification for our integrated management system covering the ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Additionally, in October 2010 we acquired the right to use the privacy logo in accordance with the JIS Q 15001 standard. PRONEXUS is constantly striving to further strengthen its best practices in information security including personal information.
By consolidating the operations of individual management systems, our integrated management system has enabled us to standardize the normally differing formats and processes for internal audits. As a result, we have been able to enhance the continuity and effectiveness of these individual management systems since we can now operate multiple management systems more efficiently.
Through promoting company-wide activities based on this integrated management system together with executing its duties to clients through its business activities, PRONEXUS stands committed to its mission to society and approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR) management that includes pursuing error-free, high-quality manufacturing, achieving ironclad information security including compliance and executing business activities that have a reduced impact on the environment.
