PRONEXUS works closely with more than 70% of Japan's securities and investment trust firms as well as more than 90% of asset managers and J-REITs to produce miscellaneous legal disclosure documents, sales materials, corporate websites, public notices and advertisements. Laws and legal systems are frequently being developed and revised to cope with the growing diversity and complexity of financial instruments, with this trend likely to continue to accelerate moving forward. Given this, we have developed a specialized support structure for disclosure activities relating to financial instruments so that clients can undertake the development of new instruments and pertinent disclosures rest assuredly and with peace of mind. This structure enables us to work with a wide range of financial instruments, including investment trusts, insurance and asset securitization instruments, among others.
