Since the beginning of computerized disclosure systems in 2001 we have developed and improved PRONEXUS WORKS to achieve greater operational efficiency and accuracy. Our business style of thinking outside the square and preparing documentation via the Internet has now become the industry standard. The following chart summarizes the functions and features of PRONEXUS WORKS.
①Shared editing and browsing function for the customer via Internet access
The client accesses PRONEXUS WORKS via the Internet and edits their data. Editing is carried out simultaneously by all the departments involved. The sections within each department that have access to PRONEXUS WORKS are limited for security. Data is shared in real time with corporate auditors and other relevant outside parties.
②In PRONEXUS WORKS you can edit Inline XBRL documents with the feel of Microsoft® Word®. PRONEXUS WORKS has a range of support functions
Edit with the feel of using Word to prepare Inline XBRL documents (required by the Financial Services Agency). PRONEXUS WORKS has a built-in checking function that helps you to avoid typos and inconsistent terminology during the editing process, as well as a full suite of support functions that include a database of all previous corporate disclosure documents that you can search or refer to, and a procedural guidance database of disclosure examples and key points.
③Documents can be immediately output during the editing stage. Supports documents in color
Documents prepared are immediately available in formats for disclosure that include Inline XBRL data and PDF files for printing. Full-color documents are supported.
④A unique disclosure document format for each client. Revisions during production, and checks by our Disclosure Consultation Division
Each client can use their unique disclosure document format that our disclosure experts have prepared in advance, based on the client's previous documents.
During editing, the documents are proofread and revised, and are checked by our Disclosure Consultation Division. Clients can ask us online to make document checks.
